1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Taxas Hedge services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password, Transfer PIN, and OTP codes. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account at support@taxasmainhedge.com. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.
3. Transaction Rules
All transactions require PIN + OTP verification. By submitting a transaction you authorize Taxas Hedge to process the specified amount. Transactions remain pending until reviewed and approved by our compliance team. Once approved, transactions are final and non-reversible unless a dispute is raised within 24 hours.
4. KYC Requirements
We are required by financial regulations to verify the identity of our customers. You agree to provide accurate and complete identity information when requested. Failure to complete KYC may result in transaction limits or account restrictions.
5. Fees and Charges
Currently, Taxas Hedge charges zero fees for account opening, maintenance, standard local transfers, or deposits. International transfers may be subject to regulatory processing fees. We reserve the right to introduce fees with 30 days advance notice by email.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Using our platform for money laundering or fraudulent activity
- Providing false identity information during registration or KYC
- Attempting to circumvent security measures
- Using multiple accounts to abuse welcome bonuses
- Transferring funds for illegal purposes
7. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these terms, engage in suspicious activity, fail to pass KYC verification, or are involved in fraudulent transactions. Suspended accounts may be subject to fund holds pending investigation.
8. Limitation of Liability
Taxas Hedge shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain security credentials, third-party service outages, force majeure events, or actions taken in compliance with legal requirements.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable financial services regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the relevant financial regulatory authority in the jurisdiction of operation.
